Photography: Standard delivery is 2 to 3 business days for single-day events. For multi-day conferences, delivery is typically 4 to 7 business days.
Videography: Highlight reels are delivered within 10 to 15 business days, while full edits or multi-segment deliverables typically take 15 to 20 business days.
Rush Options: We offer expedited Next-Day, 24-hour, and 48-hour turnarounds for both photo and video. These are available upon request and depend on the current project scope and schedule.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, a highly qualified backup with full knowledge of your creative brief will be deployed to ensure seamless coverage.

Yes. jm photographics carries a comprehensive $1M General Liability insurance policy. We are happy to provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) for your venue or corporate compliance office upon request.

Absolutely. While we are based in Atlanta, we regularly travel for multi-day conferences and brand activations across the country. Travel fees are transparent and calculated based on location and duration.

Our standard corporate contract includes a perpetual usage license, allowing your organization to use the assets for marketing, social media, PR, and internal communications. Full copyright buyouts are also available for specific commercial needs.

Guests simply scan a QR code or provide their phone number/email at the start of the event. Our AI-powered system then recognizes them and sends their specific photos directly to their device the moment they are captured.

All assets are delivered through a professional, secure online gallery. As a client, you can access your high-resolution, watermark-free images at any time via your dedicated MyPortal dashboard once the gallery is live.
For guests or attendees who do not have MyPortal access, we provide a public-facing version of the gallery where they can download web-optimized and watermarked versions of the images. We maintain a one-year cloud backup of all your edited files, providing a reliable safety net for your organization’s visual library.

To finalize your booking and lock in our team for your specific dates, we require a signed agreement and a 50% retainer. The remaining balance is due prior to the delivery of the final assets. We accept all major corporate credit cards and ACH transfers.
