Delivery
How long does it take to receive our images or video?

Photography: Standard delivery is 2 to 3 business days for single-day events. Multi-day conferences typically take 4 to 7 business days.

Videography: Highlight reels are delivered within 10 to 15 business days. Full edits or multi-segment deliverables typically take 15 to 20 business days.

Rush options: Next-Day, 24-hour, and 48-hour turnarounds are available upon request and depend on current project scope and schedule.

Reliability
What happens if our lead photographer is unable to attend?
We never leave a project to chance. jm photographics maintains a vetted network of associate photographers and cinematographers who meet our exact brand standards. In the unlikely event of an emergency, a highly qualified backup with full knowledge of your creative brief will be deployed to ensure seamless coverage.
Insurance
Are you insured?
Yes. jm photographics carries a comprehensive $1M General Liability insurance policy. We are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your venue or corporate compliance office upon request.
Travel
Do you travel for events outside of Metro Atlanta?
Absolutely. While we are based in Atlanta, we regularly travel for multi-day conferences and brand activations across the country. Travel fees are transparent and calculated based on location and duration.
Rights
Who owns the rights to the images?
Our standard corporate contract includes a perpetual usage license, allowing your organization to use the assets for marketing, social media, PR, and internal communications without additional royalties or expiration dates. Full copyright buyouts are also available for specific commercial needs.
Instant Sharing
How do guests receive their photos via the Instant Sharing service?
Guests scan a QR code or provide their phone number or email at the start of the event. Our AI-powered system then recognizes them and sends their specific photos directly to their device the moment they are captured — no app download required.
Assets
How are our digital assets delivered and stored?

All assets are delivered through a professional, secure online gallery accessible via your dedicated MyPortal dashboard once the gallery is live.

We maintain a one-year cloud backup of all edited files, providing a reliable safety net for your organization's visual archive.

Booking
Do you require a deposit to secure the date?
To finalize your booking and lock in our team, we require a signed agreement and a 50% retainer. The remaining balance is due prior to final asset delivery. We accept all major corporate credit cards and ACH transfers.
Coordination
Can you work alongside our internal PR or social media team?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on being low-friction partners. We are happy to coordinate with your internal teams to provide real-time content for live posting during the event, ensuring your digital presence is as professional as the event itself.

Do you work with PR agencies and event production companies?
Yes — and we do it regularly. jm photographics works seamlessly alongside event producers, PR agencies, experiential marketing firms, and AV teams.
