How are my images delivered and how fast?

For Event Headshot Lounges, attendees receive their images instantly via text or email through our automated digital delivery system. For Corporate Team sessions, organizers receive a master gallery of all assets within 24 to 48 hours. Individual retouched selections typically take 3 to 10 business days depending on volume and package tier.

Outdoor Sessions

What is your policy for outdoor sessions and bad weather?

We monitor local Atlanta forecasts closely. If heavy rain or extreme wind threatens technical quality or equipment safety, we will reschedule. We utilize 40lb sandbags for stability and often prefer overcast days for their natural softbox effect on skin tones.

Posing

I'm not a model — will you help me with posing?

Absolutely. Our photographers act as expression coaches, guiding you through posture, chin positioning, and natural eye engagement. We focus on coaching rather than stiff posing to ensure your headshot reflects authentic confidence and professional authority without feeling staged.

Space & Power

What are the space and power requirements for a booth?

For a professional open-air station, we require a minimum footprint of 8' x 8' (10' x 10' is ideal). We require access to a dedicated standard 110v power outlet within 50 feet. Outdoor setups require a shaded area or professional tent to protect equipment from heat and glare.

Lead Generation

Can the headshot booth be used for lead generation?

Yes — it is a high-converting tool for trade shows and summits. Attendees register via a branded portal or QR code where we capture custom contact data. Organizers receive a master lead list in Excel/CSV format, providing warm leads who have already had a high-value interaction with your brand.

What usage rights are included?
